Epiroc is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Manager – LATAM to lead payroll governance and HR administration across multiple LATAM countries, supporting ~2,500 employees and guiding a team of 4–5 specialists. You will drive system implementations, ensure compliance and partner with regional teams and external providers.
The role is hybrid in Polanco, Mexico City, and requires fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese desirable to support cross-country initiatives.
