Position Overview:
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our SAP team. The position focuses on understanding production and business processes, analyzing information, identifying discrepancies, and supporting SAP-related solutions.
Previous SAP experience is not required.
Preferred Degrees: Industrial Engineering / Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Mechatronics Engineering.
Key Requirements:
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and analyze processes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills.
Desirable Technical Knowledge:
- SAP / ERP
- Basic SQL
- Basic programming or pseudocode
- ABAP fundamentals
- Manufacturing processes
- Advance English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze production and business processes
- Understand how processes are represented in SAP
- Investigate data and process discrepancies
- Analyze user requirements and reported issues
- Participate in testing and SAP changes
- Document processes and solutions
- Support process improvements.
Ideal Candidate: *We are looking for someone who can understand a process, analyze information, identify inconsistencies, ask the right questions, and learn quickly. SAP and programming knowledge are a plus, but analytical ability and process understanding are the most important qualities.
