The skills you bring:

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

✔ Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies

✔ Proficient with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar

✔ Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills

✔ Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

✔ Experience with cross-functional development teams

✔ Familiarity with ServiceNow (a plus)





✔ Skilled in tracking performance through Agile metrics and driving continuous improvement

✔ Conversational English

You’ll be doing:

- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices, supporting adoption and continuous maturity.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog and define clear sprint goals.
- Ensure the team remains focused on deliverables while maintaining a sustainable work pace.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team productivity and progress.
- Monitor progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and progress reports.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of monthly reports and quality control of backlog items (Epics, Stories, and Tasks).
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-trust environment within the team.
- Support cross-team alignment and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that Agile principles and the Scrum framework are consistently followed across all team activities.
