About The Role

As a Senior IT Consultant (360º) you will be a prominent figure within the team, working with clients, managing and developing relationships and creating new business opportunities.

As a Senior IT Consultant (360º) you will be a consistent high achiever, winning new business and acting as a role model to other consultants.

The Senior Consultant will also mentor less experienced colleagues within the team and may also oversee their daily tasks for their Manager when required.

Rsponsibilities Include

- Negotiate terms and conditions and manage and close complex deals and assist other team members with the same.

- Source, match and send the highest quality candidates to clients, for existing roles or on a speculative basis.

- Demonstrated knowledge of your specialized industry (IT) and consistently show initiative to increase your knowledge base.

- Taking responsibility and ownership for key accounts and relationships and managing the client expectations at all times.





- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain senior client and candidate relationships.

- Upholding and demonstrating Robert Walters corporate values and selling our unique and value-add services.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience as an IT 360º Recruiter.(Experience recruiting in IT fields such as Data, Cybersecurity, software development, infrastructure).

- Bachelor's Degree

- Advanced business English
- The ability to build a solid understanding of your clients' needs and wider industry trends

- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

- Acts as a 'Agent of Change' by embracing and promoting corporate values and change.
