General Purpose:
Lead the plant’s Operational Technology (OT) strategy, architecture, governance, and continuous improvement, aligned with automation, digitalization, and Smart Manufacturing objectives. Drive secure, scalable, standardized OT solutions that improve performance, quality, traceability, visibility, and decision-making. Coordinate OT initiatives across Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, NPI, and external partners. Provide technical leadership to OT Engineers and project teams.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the OT strategy, roadmap, architecture, standards, and governance.
- Lead IT/OT integration across automation, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, MES, ERP, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Drive connectivity, data acquisition, integration, and digital manufacturing using OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, APIs, UNS, and related technologies.
- Identify and prioritize automation, connectivity, and digitalization opportunities.
- Evaluate OT technologies, platforms, suppliers, and system integrators.




- Define OT cybersecurity, lifecycle, obsolescence, availability, reliability, and scalability strategies.
- Lead OT projects, including scope, requirements, risks, implementation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and ramp-up.
- Monitor OT performance and KPIs; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain OT architecture, network, data, integration, and technical documentation.
- Develop reusable standards, architectures, frameworks, and templates.
- Mentor OT Engineers and promote training, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Support change management, technology adoption, corporate initiatives, and evaluation of emerging technologies.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
