SENIOR FINANCE LEAD – FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Lead to oversee and lead the company’s financial and administrative operations. This position will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvement, working closely with senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and oversee the company’s Finance & Administration functions.
- Manage and supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, collections, banking, and cash flow .
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes .
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and financial performance indicators.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections .
- Analyze presente results versus budget and provide explanations and recommendations.
- Monitor working capital, cash position, AR/AP, and overall financial performance.
- Establish, maintain, and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures .
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare financial analysis and recommendations for senior management and company leadership .
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, HR, Purchasing, and other departments.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Administration team.




- Ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field .
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Administration.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or financial functions .
- Strong experience in:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Cash Flow Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Financial Analysis
- Month-End Closing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Internal Controls
- Experience interpreting financial statements and identifying financial risks and opportunities.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial information to senior management / company leadership .
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP / financial systems .
- Advanced English – required.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working with U.S. operations or U.S.-based companies .
- Knowledge of U.S. Accounting .
- Experience with multi-company or multi-currency environments.
- Experience in financial operations, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or service companies.
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial certification.
