- Understanding of network architecture, hardware, servers, databases, and cloud computing to oversee the ICT infrastructure.

- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Understanding of water distribution, treatment processes, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific challenges.

- Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- IT-related post graduate qualification
- 8 years' experience in and information services environment, including 5 years Management experience.
