Experience: 10+ years of Microsoft 365 experience

Core Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Alternative Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time, if required

After-Hours Work: Less than 5%

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Technical Architect to provide technical leadership across enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity, security, governance, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity, security, governance, and migration architectures.
- Define the target-state M365 architecture covering SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Define tenant strategy, information architecture, identity and access models, external collaboration, data lifecycle, retention, security, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for complex tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Establish migration standards,



tool strategy, migration wave design, cutover approach, risk mitigation, and post-migration validation.
- Act as a senior technical advisor to business and IT leadership.
- Translate business requirements into scalable M365 roadmaps.
- Guide engineering teams and resolve complex architectural and technical issues.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology and security standards.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Microsoft 365 experience.
- Strong enterprise M365 architecture experience.
- Expertise in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Strong experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Experience defining enterprise governance, security, identity, and compliance architectures.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
