Role: Sr System Consultant

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Role Summary

Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning initiatives, managing requirements, configuration, upgrades, incident resolution, and end-to-end system enhancements. Act as an SME, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience in

Talent, Succession, and Development modules.

- Experience with

Learning Management and broader HR technology solutions.

- Knowledge of

Talent Intelligence Hub, Growth Portfolio, and Career Pathing is a plus.

- Experience working in

Agile/DevOps environments.

- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and change management skills.

- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Release Management.

- Ability to create functional and technical documentation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with general and distributed teams.
