About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by driving process stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across assembly lines. This role plays a key part in optimizing production performance, supporting new product introductions,



and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting manufacturing operations to ensure stable and efficient assembly processes.
- Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity, capacity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and overall manufacturing costs.
- Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
- Developing and implementing process standardization, work instructions, operating methods, and process parameters.
- Supporting new product introductions, new processes, and equipment implementation while ensuring successful industrialization and start-up.
