Operational Excellence Engineer (Cost & Process Focus)

Your tasks:
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives in manufacturing processes, aiming for savings exceeding 2% of annual sales.
- Analyze cost factors (labor, scrap, downtime) and develop high-impact solutions.
- Optimize production processes (cycle time, line balancing, flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Improve key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, quality, and resource utilization.
- Detect bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions that generate measurable benefits.
- Lead improvement projects from identification to implementation, ensuring tangible results.
- Collaborate with global teams to align and implement improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.
- Lean Manufacturing
- Data and indicator analysis (OEE, scrap, productivity)
- Advanced English
- 3-5 years of experience.
