Role Description The DESARROLLADOR DE NEGOCIO SERVICIO at Bajaj / MotoDrive México Oficial is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding service business opportunities for the brand’s motorcycle and related services portfolio. The person in this position collaborates with service centers, sales teams, and management to design and implement initiatives that improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Daily tasks include analyzing service performance data, defining and monitoring KPIs, coordinating implementation of service programs, and ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local market needs. The role also involves working closely with technical and operations teams to improve processes, integrating service-related tools or systems, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and propose actionable business improvements.
• Knowledge of programming, software development,



and integration to collaborate effectively with technical teams on service-related tools and systems.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships, handle escalations, and support a positive service experience.
• Experience in business development or service operations, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and management teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on clear, respectful, and inclusive interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards) and basic CRM or service management systems.
