Software Engineer — Mexico PTS

GRG Banking is a global technology company specializing in innovative solutions and industrial transformation for multiple industries, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services sector. The company develops and provides advanced self-service banking technologies and solutions, including Cash Self-Service Equipment and related software and systems.

We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join our Mexico PTS (Professional Technical Services) team. This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation, customization, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support of software solutions for our customers and business partners, working closely with local and international teams.

Responsibilities

· Participate in software implementation, certification, and pilot testing projects.

· Analyze technical requirements and translate them into technical analysis documents and work orders.

· Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues through analysis and problem-solving.

· Participate in software demonstrations, testing, validation, and the release of new solutions.

· Provide technical support, training, and assistance to customers and business partners.

· Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Headquarters teams.

· Document technical inquiries, incidents, troubleshooting processes, and solutions.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

· Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Java, C++,



or C# in a Windows environment.

· Experience developing applications using Client/Server (C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S) architectures.

· Strong knowledge of system analysis and design.

· Understanding and application of software development best practices.

· Ability to create, maintain, and manage technical documentation.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 3–6 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical role.

· Desirable experience in software development for Cash Self-Service Equipment and banking self-service solutions.

· Knowledge of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) systems and networks.

· Experience or knowledge of technology solutions for the banking or financial services industry.

· Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.

· Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2), both written and spoken.
