- Kafka & distributed data processing
- Kubernetes & Docker
- AWS S3 / cloud storage
- Object-Oriented Programming & Java Frameworks/Libraries
- REST/API Development – Swagger/RAML preferred
- PostgreSQL / Relational Databases
- Experience with production-grade software systems
- AI Coding Assistants – GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or similar, including code review, security, performance & refactoring
- Good English communication – written & spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience
