Business Analytics Manager

The Business Analytics Manager owns performance management, operational analysis, and data-driven improvement strategy for a department with a strong focus on performance management. This is a people-manager role: the Business Analytics Manager leads a team, sets performance expectations, and is directly accountable for their team's output, in addition to owning process improvement and analytics work.
Team Leadership and Performance Management
Lead, coach, and track the performance of the team, setting clear performance expectations.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to close performance gaps.




Build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
Develop and implement strategies and action plans to improve team and department performance.
Performance Analysis and Process Improvement
Conduct time-and-motion studies, root-cause analysis, and performance studies to identify improvement opportunities.
Project Management
~ Manage end-to-end projects using Agile-based project management practices.
8–12 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.
~2+ years of experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
~ Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills (5+ years).
~ Experience with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio (2+ years).
~ Working knowledge of Agile project management practices.
Bachelor's degree.
