Key responsibilitiesAnalyze market trends,



customer needs and buying behavior to develop sales plans aligned with the Business Division strategy.
Maintain a strong presence in the market through regular customer visits, meetings and technical-commercial discussions.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, generating leads and converting opportunities into profitable business.
Build strong relationships and networks across different levels within customer organizations.
Lead commercial negotiations and proactively follow opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
Maintain accurate and qualitative information in CRM to support commercial planning and decision-making.
Progressively develop opportunities involving more complex process solutions, moving beyond individual equipment sales toward broader customer solutions.
What you knowBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 10 years of commercial experience, ideally
