FP&A; Specialist / Supervisor – Cash Flow & Performance
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to play a key role in the Finance organization, combining broad FP&A; responsibilities with strong ownership of Indirect Cash Flow, Cash Performance and Balance Sheet analysis .
The position will act as a right hand and backup to FP&A; leadership, supporting financial planning, forecasting, management closing, performance analysis, executive reporting and business decision support.
A key responsibility of this role will be to strengthen the management of Indirect Cash Flow and overall cash performance , ensuring clear visibility of cash generation and its underlying drivers. The professional will be expected not only to prepare and forecast cash flow, but also to explain performance, identify root causes, challenge assumptions, anticipate risks and opportunities, and support actions to improve cash generation .
The role requires a strong understanding of the connection between P&L;, Balance Sheet,



Working Capital and Cash Flow , combined with the ability to translate financial movements into clear business insights and executive‐level explanations.
Main Responsibilities
Indirect Cash Flow, Cash Performance & Balance Sheet
- Own the Indirect Cash Flow performance management process , including Actuals, Forecast and Budget
- Build and maintain the Indirect Cash Flow, ensuring a clear bridge from P&L;/EBITDA to cash generation .
- Prepare and explain monthly Cash Flow bridges and variance analyses versus Forecast, Budget and prior periods.
- Provide clear explanations of the main drivers of cash performance, distinguishing timing effects, structural impacts, risks and opportunities .
- Analyze and forecast the impact of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory and other Working Capital movements on cash generation, partnering with the respective process owners.
