legal compliance and continuous improvement of performance at all sites, aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF SGI-H&S; FUNCTIONS OF LEADERSHIP RELATIONS INTERNAL RELATIONS To serve as the champion of safety at production sites in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the comprehensive Health and Safety strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Establish and ensure compliance with strategic KPIs (TRIR, LTIR, culture, audits, etc.).
- Lead the implementation of corporate standards and global best practices across all sites
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international legal regulations.
- Develop and promote a high-performance organizational safety culture that allows the group to achieve the results in leadership, performance and culture that it has defined globally.
