- Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all personnel under your supervision.
- Ensure that quality, cost, and delivery time objectives are met in the product manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with the production area's process control plans.
- Schedule overtime as needed.
- Conduct 5 Whys related to safety and quality.
- Monitor indirect material consumption in the Tool Crib.
- Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat Platform.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach is promoted

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing techniques and tools.
- Understanding of the EHS Roles and Responsibilities Matrix.
- Ability to assess the knowledge and skills of support operators.
- Ability to assess the knowledge and skills of production operators.
