~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
~14 years of experience working with or in government, think tanks, public interest groups, industry groups, or corporate public policy organizations.
~ Experience with the Mexican political system, legislative processes, regulatory landscape, and government decision-makers.
~ Experience in technology policy issues.
~ Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Experience in government affairs and public policy in Central America.
Strategic problem solver with the ability to integrate public policy with business strategy and priorities.
