Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This opportunity is based in Monterrey, MX. The Complementary Inputs Analyst is responsible for executing payroll-related transactions and employee data updates for the US population, ensuring accuracy, compliance,
and timely processing of payroll inputs. This role serves as a key operational partner to Human Resources, local leaders, and other stakeholders by managing employee transactions, validating payroll-related information, and resolving issues that may impact payroll processing. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting payroll controls, and delivering a high level of service to internal customers
Your Impact
As Payroll Inputs Jr Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Process and validate Complementary Input requests, including one time payments, union dues, special payments, and another payroll-related transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data updates and payroll inputs prior to payroll processing.
- Perform critical validations and control activities to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure payroll accuracy.
