A BRIEF OVERVIEW

Responsible for leading recruitment strategies to fill existing job openings through effective communication with various levels of management. Develop and execute strategies to attract large pools of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships. Partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions, including customer service representatives. Leverage deep market intelligence to understand talent availability, competitor landscape, wage trends, and sourcing opportunities.

•Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, career centers, and workforce development organizations.

•Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in local markets.

•Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality. Ensure consistent compliance with employment laws and company policies.

•Train and mentor recruiters to enhance sourcing capabilities and hiring efficiency.

•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE





•Previous high-volume recruiting experience in call center, customer service, or similar environments. Minimum 8 months of experience supervising and developing direct reports. Advanced English level.

•Strong market knowledge, understanding of labor trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce availability. Demonstrated ability to attract and hire hundreds of candidates within tight timelines.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. On site position in Leon with schedule availability .
