Viva is hiring a Talent Partner to make our hiring process clear, thoughtful, and human. You’ll guide candidates from application through pre-onboarding, while helping us improve how we hire with data, AI, and automation.

What you’ll do:

1. Run hiring stages: Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain our ATS and pipeline, and support pre-onboarding.
2. Create a thoughtful candidate experience: Make each step clear, timely, engaging, and respectful.
3. Improve how we hire: Refine candidate communications, interviews, surveys, and resources, and bring ideas that make the process better.
4. Use data and feedback: Spot friction and bottlenecks, then turn what you learn into practical improvements.
5. Build smarter workflows: Use AI and automation to reduce manual work while making more room for human connection.

Who you are:

1. People-experience minded: You have at least 1 year of experience improving the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or another group. Your title matters less than what you’ve done.
2. A strong communicator: You have C1+ English and communicate clearly and confidently in writing and conversation.
3. Candidate-focused: You notice when people may feel confused, forgotten, heard, or valued, and look for ways to improve their experience.




4. Proactive and resourceful: You ask good questions, find solutions, share ideas, and enjoy a fast-moving environment.
5. Creative and detail-oriented: You care about how communications and materials look, sound, and feel.
6. Comfortable with technology: You can work with Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and automation tools, and you’re curious about AI.
7. Interested in growing with a team: You’ve stayed at least 2 years in one of your last 3 roles.
