Requirements

- Law Degree.
- Between four and five years’ experience in capital markets, particularly in equity and debt trading. Prior experience in law firms would be an asset.
- A high level of English.

Role

- Legal advice on capital markets transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Involvement in financing transactions and securities issues.
