Concierge de Club Vacacional - Área de Socios

Verifies, attends and guides UVC guests providing a custom service across the property and supporting UVC teams to handling situations and inspects the monitoring of service standards according to the hotel and UVC rules and procedures

1. Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Guarantee that all Members receive their amenities and benefits during their stay based on UVC hotel regulations.
- Email follow up (requests compliance) daily occupation (check in and outs)
- Supervises daily arrivals,

· Verifies sundial Updates
- Assists hotel operation with Member check in at front desk and preferred as necessary to speed up check in process (support only)
- Supervises and ensures the attention of members within the entire property. Follow up to Customer requests
- Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s core values (included in all job descriptions).
