- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and ensure effective communication with all relevant departments.
- Monitor and follow up on room status, room assignments, priorities, and special requests.
- Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and departmental documentation.
- Communicate room discrepancies and operational updates with Front Office and relevant departments.
- Coordinate with Engineering regarding maintenance issues and follow up until completion.
- Handle telephone calls, messages, and guest/colleague requests professionally and efficiently.
- Support Team Leaders and Housekeeping management with daily operational requirements.
- Ensure all requests and follow-ups are recorded and actioned within the required timeframe.
- Assist in maintaining departmental standards, procedures, and Andaz service expectations.




- Handle guest information and departmental communication with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support the team during high occupancy, VIP arrivals, events, and other operationally demanding periods.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Coordinator / Desk Coordinator / Housekeeping Office role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and multicultural team.
