responsibilities advanced implementation: lead the implementation and optimization of dynatrace monitoring, log analytics, automation, and integration solutions. Core monitoring:



implement and refine synthetic monitoring, dynamic dashboards, intelligent alerting, and automated reporting. Log management & pipelines: drive log migration initiatives, build robust ingestion pipelines, and lead query conversion activities to centralize observability data. Automation engineering: develop and deploy automation for onboarding processes, monitoring tasks, and day-to‑day operational workflows. Enterprise integrations: lead integrations with itsm tools (specifically service now) and drive slo/sla monitoring and broader reliability initiatives. Advanced troubleshooting: actively investigate and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, monitoring blind spots, and ingestion issues. Requirements experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in dynatrace, observability, sre, or dev ops roles. Dynatrace mastery: strong, hands‑on experience with synthetic monitoring. Data & analytics (crucial): deep expertise working with grail (dynatrace's data lakehouse) and writing complex queries using dql (dynatrace query language). Infrastructure knowledge: solid experience working with modern cloud platforms and containerized environments (kubernetes). Automation & scripting: high proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., python, bash) to drive monitoring automation and migrations. Problem solving: exceptional troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis in distributed systems. Desired dynatrace professional certification. Languages advanced oral english.
