the role

you are taking full ownership of an active, high-growth 1 p business in mexico. Your mandate is best-in-class execution across every lever that drives sales: availability, content, advertising, pricing, and the commercial relationship. You report directly to the pure players director for mexico.

you will be expected to deeply understand all 1 p kpis, move them daily, and explain them clearly to senior leadership.

what you will do

commercial strategy & portfolio own the commercial p&l; of the platform. Define and execute the commercial plan: pricing strategy, promotional calendar, msi mechanics. Plan and execute t1events with obsession to win. Drive catalog strategy: assortment decisions by category, sku prioritization by demand and margin, exclusive sku pipeline in collaboration with the commercial planning team. Lead joint business planning execution resulting in extraordinary results and forge a strong relationship with the channel. Drive content quality across the full catalog focused on cvr.

availability & inventory own availability with an oos target work with demand planning and supply chain to maintain optimal doh per sku.



Prevent stockouts and manage overstock through sell out acceleration plans. Coordinate replenishment cycles and flag supply risks.

advertising & media work with marketing to align the media strategy with the commercial priorities. Coordinate media and social execution aligned to the commercial priorities.

marketplace relationships manage the day-to-day and strategic commercial relationship with kams and category teams. Lead channel negotiations: placements, campaign participation, kpi alignments, product launches, etc. Build a long-term commercial partnership.

reporting & business reviews own weekly and monthly business reviews with cross-functional teams, flag issues early, propose actions, track resolution. Work with analytics teams to build and maintain performance dashboards and internal trackers. What you will bring

required 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing amazon vendor and/or mercado libre 1 p (one is a hard requirement, both strongly preferred) demonstrated ownership of a 1 p p&l.; Experience managing commercial relationships with amazon vendor managers and/or me li kams deep familiarity with marketplace advertising tools data-driven with strong analytical skills, comfortable with amazon vendor central and/or me li seller center, nubimetrics and/or stackline, and building performance dashboards. Strong communicator presents business results clearly to senior leadership and drives decisions in cross-functional reviews. High ownership, moving fast, flags blockers early, does not wait to make things happen.

nice to have cross-platform experience managing both amazon mx and mercado libre mx in parallel. Familiarity with shark ninja product categories: kitchen appliances, beauty and home.
