about the role
what you will do:
- analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights.
- lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
- partner with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to drive business growth.
- build dashboards, kpis, and performance models that influence key decisions.
- identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth.
- conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
we're looking for someone with:
- 3–4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, management consulting, finance, project management.
- strong analytical skills with experience using excel, sql, python, r, or bi tools .
- excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- a proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- strong communication skills in english
$55,000 - $65,000 a month
