Job Post: Bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Dental)
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM CDT (30-minute Lunch Break)
Work Days: Saturday and Sunday (10 hours per day)
Salary: $6 - $8 per hour (depending on experience) + performance-based commissions for meeting KPIs

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Bilingual Medical Sales Representative
to join their remote team. This position is adecuado for a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with prospective patients, conducting outbound calls, overcoming objections, and turning qualified leads into booked appointments.
You will play an important role in helping prospective and existing patients take the next step in their dental care while supporting the practice's growth goals. You'll manage leads across multiple communication channels, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate appointments, and consistently follow up with prospective patients.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion
Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calls to prospective patients
Engage leads professionally and build rapport through confident, patient-centered conversations
Qualify leads and identify their needs, interests, and potential barriers to scheduling
Clearly communicate relevant dental services and their benefits
Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally
Guide qualified leads toward booking an appointment
Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads who are not immediately ready to schedule
Support lead nurturing and re-engagement initiatives
Work toward established sales, appointment-setting, and conversion KPIs
Maintain a professional, empathetic approach while pursuing measurable results
Patient Communication & Appointment Setting
Respond to prospective and existing patient inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
Maintain accurate and organized calendars
Provide clear information and appropriate next steps to patients
Communicate fluently and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
Maintain a calm, helpful, and patient-focused communication style
Organize and prioritize incoming communications
Assist with approved newsletters and other patient communications as needed
CRM, Lead Management & Campaign Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and patient information in the CRM
Document calls, conversations, follow-up activities, outcomes, and appointment status
Track lead sources and movement through the sales process
Support lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up workflows
Monitor personal performance against established KPIs
Accurately track appointment-setting and conversion activity
Coordinate outreach efforts with active marketing campaigns
Assist with campaign tracking and lead-source reporting
Maintain organized records to support accurate performance reporting and follow-up

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent professional communication skills in both Spanish and English
Relevant experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, lead conversion, or a similar results-driven role
Experience conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective customers or patients
Strong ability to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads
Confident and persuasive communication skills
Ability to professionally handle questions, concerns, and objections
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills

Experience with lead qualification and nurturing

Understanding of the importance of conversion rates and other sales KPIs
Comfortable receiving coaching and adjusting outreach strategies based on performance
Preferred Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant
Previous dental or healthcare sales experience
Experience with dental appointment setting or patient coordination
Familiarity with dental terminology
Basic understanding of dental insurance
Experience using Open Dental
Experience using Dentrix
Experience using Eaglesoft
Experience with CRM platforms
Experience with VoIP or cloud-based phone systems
Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based dental or healthcare practice
Dental experience is a strong advantage, but candidates with excellent bilingual communication skills and a proven background in sales, cold calling, and appointment conversion are also encouraged to apply.
HIPAA & Patient Confidentiality
Understand and follow HIPAA requirements when handling patient information
Maintain patient confidentiality across phone, email, chat, text, CRM, and other communication channels
Handle patient and lead information professionally and securely
Basic Requirements
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Must be proficient in speaking and writing clear, professional English
Must have relevant sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, healthcare, dental, or related professional experience
Must be able to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory)
Must be available for video meetings with camera on when required
Must be available to work
part-time on Saturdays and Sundays for 10 hours per day (20 hours per week)
