We are looking for a
Lead Agentic AI Engineer
to own scalable autonomous agent systems and production architecture, reliability, and operational excellence. You will shape production-grade agentic workflows using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and proven agentic frameworks, improving evals, tracing, guardrails, and cost controls. If you thrive at the intersection of AI Solution Engineering and AI Security.
Define the architecture to build, deploy, and operate autonomous agents, covering runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability Champion the adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and the Strands Agents SDK across agent harnesses and production deployments Architect durable long-term memory and context-management systems that remain reliable across multi-step engagements Create and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations that agents invoke, such as recon, scanners, exploit primitives, and custom internal services Optimize agent reasoning reliability, cost, and latency, and set standards for evals, tracing,
and guardrails Proven track record with 5+ years of experience building production software, including 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents to production Hands-on proficiency in Python and practical experience with an agentic framework such as Strands, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI Solid familiarity with AWS Bedrock AgentCore primitives, including Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway, and Observability, or proven ability to ramp up fast Deep understanding of MCP, tool use, prompt/context engineering, memory architectures, and agent evaluation Strong production engineering skills across observability, guardrails, retries, cost control, and security boundaries English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher Background in application security, web pentesting, or red-teaming Experience with sandboxed code execution, browser agents, or autonomous tool orchestration
