Paymentcontrols—ensuringpaymentsfollowauthorizationlimits,segregationofduties,maker/checkercontrols,andapprovedpaymentpolicies.
Paymentvalidation—checkingpaymentfiles,bankdetails,currencies,paymentmethods,valuedates,andotherrequiredinformationbeforerelease.
Fundingcoordination—ensuringtheappropriateaccountshavesufficientliquiditybeforepaymentsarereleased.
Paymentscheduling—optimizingwhenpaymentsaremadebasedonduedates,currencies,cut-offtimes,liquidity,andbankingrequirements.
Exceptionmanagement—investigatingrejected,returned,duplicated,delayed,orincorrectlyformattedpayments.
