Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with Guidewire 5+ years of experience specifically within a Policy Center OR Billing Center environment 7+ years of total Business Analyst experience (must include Guidewire-focused BA work) Strong experience supporting Guidewire Policy Center OR Billing Center in a production support environment Proven experience writing detailed user stories, gathering complex requirements, and supporting full SDLC processes Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) Experience triaging issues, working with production defects, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Deep experience with Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with Policy Center integrations Exposure to third-party integrations within Guidewire Experience with upstream/downstream system dependencies in production environments Guidewire certifications (Policy Center or related) #J-*****-Ljbffr
