Equity & Debt Capital Markets Lawyer
We are looking for a lawyer in Mexico City to join our Capital Markets practice, with experience in equity and debt transactions.
Requirements
Law Degree.
Between four and five years' experience in capital markets, particularly in equity and debt trading. Prior experience in law firms would be an asset.
A high level of English.
Role
Legal advice on capital markets transactions.
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
Involvement in financing transactions and securities issues.
