Position Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising bag-and-tag activities, material control processes, inventory management, and project logistics. The role ensures all materials, equipment, and components are properly identified, tracked, preserved, and available to support project execution while maintaining full traceability and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Bag-and-Tag and Materials Management personnel.
Develop and implement material identification, tagging, and tracking procedures.
Ensure all project materials, equipment, and components are properly labeled, stored, and controlled.
Maintain material traceability records and inventory databases.
Coordinate material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and reconciliation activities.
Monitor stock levels and support procurement and logistics teams in replenishment planning.
Verify material certifications, packing lists, and documentation compliance.
Track critical project materials and equipment from receipt through installation.
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project materials.
Support offshore and onshore operations by ensuring timely material availability.
Conduct inventory counts, audits, and material reconciliations.
Prepare material status reports, inventory reports, and project progress updates.




Identify shortages, discrepancies, and material risks and implement corrective actions.
Interface with project management, warehouse personnel, procurement, logistics, construction, and client representatives.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project management requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical diploma or equivalent experience may be considered.
Excellent English language skills (spoken/written/read).
Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
