This is what sets apart the dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment that is Teradata.What You'll DoIn this internship, you will support the CTO office by learning how to optimize operational workflows, document processes, and leverage digital tools to improve team efficiency.
You'll work alongside the Operations Lead on real projects — updating SharePoint documentation, testing automation tools, and helping to streamline administrative tasks.
This is an opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in operations, learn how modern business tools work, and see firsthand how small process improvements can have big impact.What You'll DoAssist with organizing and updating SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 documentation under guidance from the Operations LeadCreate and update basic process documentation and standard operating procedure templates for CTO office workflowsExplore AI tools (Claude AI, Microsoft CoPilot)
and test how they can help automate routine administrative tasksIdentify and document process improvement ideas; present findings to theteam for feedback and potential implementationAssist with general administrative support tasks such as maintaining records, organizing files, and preparing materials for team meetingsWho You'll Work WithYou'll report to the Operations Lead, who will mentor you throughout the internship and give you feedback on your work.
You'll collaborate with CTO office staff, including project teams and operational partners, as you learn how different parts of the office work together.
This is a learning role — you'll ask questions, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow your understanding of how operations support innovation.What Makes You a Qualified CandidateRequiredCurrently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in any fieldComfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or willingness to learn them quicklyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when neededReliable and committed to meeting deadlinesPreferredPrevious internship or work‐study experience in operations, administration, or business supportFamiliarity with SharePoint or other collaboration platformsExposure to AI tools like ChatGPT or experience with productivity softwareInterest in operations, business processes, or technologyWhat You'll BringCuriosity: You're genuinely interested in how things work.
