Description

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting activities for the Rolling Stock business.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to drive cost efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and corporate financial policies.
- Support financial planning, capital budgeting, risk assessment, and financial modeling for business planning and forecasting.
- Monitor daily financial performance, review and approve financial transactions, and support expense planning processes.

Education/Skills/Knowledge:

- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar
- English language
- Office, ERP for manufacturing processes




- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze business performance, and assess financial risks.
- Experience developing financial models, scenario analysis, and performance projections.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to management.
