Your key responsibilities:Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or servicesensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that mayimpede the test effort and drives continuous improvement.Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and nonfunctional domainsLead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up needs, prepares test plans,identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiativesHands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks withwell-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-endautomation) and experience with different test automation approachesGenerate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changesDrive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategiesensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirementsSupports in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architectureDevelop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders toevaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components ormodificationsSkills and attributes for success:An idóneo candidate will have a thorough understanding of testing lifecycle, agile frameworks andknowledge of Quality Management techniques.
