We are seeking a QA Analyst to test and validate software controlling or monitoring washer/dryer hardware.
This role focuses on ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing strategies, identifying issues, and assisting in integration with hardware products.
The adecuado candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities and expertise in modern QA tools and methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user storiesPerform thorough testing including functional, integration, regression, and API testingCritically analyze software functionality to identify edge cases and potential failure scenariosDocument and track bugs, defects, and inconsistencies using JIRACollaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleAssist in integration testing with hardware devices (washers/dryers and IoT systems)Create and maintain test documentation in ConfluenceAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategiesRequired QualificationsMust HavesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



or related technical field1-3 years of QA experience with demonstrated experience in:API testing (Postman or similar) andSQL (writing complex queries for data validation and backend testing.Experience in at least one of the following:Mobile App Testing: Experience with iOS/Android testing methodologiesTest Automation: Hands-on experience with automation frameworksTableau or similar: Creating test reports and data visualization for quality metricsStrong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to:Design comprehensive test cases from business requirementsIdentify alternate failure scenarios and edge casesThink beyond happy path testingProficiency with JIRA for bug tracking and test case managementExperience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharingUnderstanding of software QA principles, methodologies, and best practicesStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsWillingness to learn about hardware-software integrationNice to HavesExperience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)Knowledge of Python, Java, or C# for test automationExperience with embedded systems or IoT devicesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with performance testing toolsKnowledge of networked devices and protocols#J-*****-Ljbffr
