Salary: $20,000 Gross MonthlyMain ResponsibilitiesManage delinquent accounts that are 360+ days past dueReview account history and payment activity to determine the best course for debt recoveryConduct outreach to secure payments and negotiate complex payment arrangementsMaintain accurate records by documenting all account activity and resolutionsAdjust recovery strategies based on debtor responses and upscale accounts when necessaryAchieve specific recovery rate targets and actively reduce financial write-offsIdeal ProfileExperience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in collections or Accounts Receivable (AR)Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tablesCompetencies:
