Job description
The IT Support Specialist ensures the continuity and operation of IT equipment, particularly computer hardware, while meeting established service levels when responding to user requests or escalations from the first level of support.

Candidate skills & requirements
Proveer el primer nivel de soporte a todos los sitios de NA.
Administración del escalamiento de tickets.
Seguimiento con los usuarios.
Realizar análisis de problemas de manera remota.
Administración de los incidentes y solicitudes de servicio.
Diagnostica y maneja los incidentes en computadoras, red, mensajería o telefonía.
Aplicar los principios de mejora continua.
Responsable de las auditorias de hardware y software, establecer estandares y politicas , configuracion de instructivos y procedimientos
Planificacion del mantenimiento regular y preventivo a los equipos de computo.
Soporte tecnico a usuarios.
Administracion de soporte y mantenimiento a hardware y software.
Administracion y soporte a terminales y maquinas virtuales.
Mantenimiento y mejoras infraestructura de red.
Administrar cuentas de usuarios.
Implementar y asegurarse que su equipo de trabajo implemente las medidas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente necesarias para mantener la integridad fisica del personal.
Mantener los niveles de servicio de su área asignada.
Trabajar en conjunto con L3 en las pruebas de nuevas versiones o software asi como en la implmentacion asegurando una transición transparente para el usuario.
Responsable del manejo de los proveedores.
