The Safety and Industrial Hygiene Coordinator leads the plant's occupational safety and industrial hygiene programs to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses, and high-potential events. The role coordinates operational safety, machine safety, critical-risk controls, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace exposure management across the Guanajuato plant. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects,



Occupational Health, Quality, and other functions, this position turns Zero Harm principles into reliable controls, visible field leadership, and measurable performance improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and continuously improve the plant's occupational safety and industrial hygiene strategy, standards, procedures, and annual action plan, ensuring effective deployment across operations, projects, maintenance, and contractor activities.
- Coordinate critical-risk management for electrical safety and LOTO, lifting operations, working at heights, confined spaces, hot work, line breaking, mobile equipment, and other high-risk activities; verify controls in the field and stop work when conditions are unsafe.
