Team Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join our Compliance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands‑on experience in the compliance field, supporting various compliance activities, including policy research, documentation, training, and compliance monitoring.



The intern will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to ensuring our organization adheres to the highest standards of compliance.

Role Responsibilities
Supporting real legal and compliance matters across markets
Researching regulation and summarizing it for non‑lawyers
Reviewing documents and processes with care and precision
Partnering with business teams to keep DiDi compliant and moving
Owning a piece of a matter and handling it responsibly
