Farahi Law Firm is an award-winning personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for the injured and delivering exceptional legal representation. We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact. The CMO will own the firm's client acquisition engine — from market positioning and lead generation through business development, intake, conversion, and signed cases. This executive will be responsible for developing strategies that turn marketing investment and business development activity into qualified opportunities, signed cases, and measurable revenue growth. The adecuado candidate is a strategic, analytical, commercially minded executive with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, scaling client acquisition, improving conversion, and using data to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing, growth, and client acquisition strategy in alignment with business and revenue objectives.




- Own the full client acquisition funnel, from market positioning and lead generation through business development, intake, conversion, and signed cases.
- Establish marketing investment priorities, budgets, and resource allocation based on ROI, lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Provide executive oversight of the firm's digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, TV, referral marketing, and content.
- Develop channel strategies, budgets, performance targets, and attribution models to maximize qualified lead generation.
- Strengthen the firm's brand positioning and market presence across relevant client acquisition channels.

Business Development & Sales
- Provide strategic oversight of the firm's Business Development Representatives, Field Representatives, and other business development functions.
