We're looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help bring the hotel to life behind the scenes. We’re searching for someone with a sharp eye, strong leadership skills, and a genuine understanding that the spaces we create shape how guests feel, rest, and experience The Standard.

As our Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you’ll support the daily operation of the Housekeeping department and help ensure every guestroom and public space feels polished, considered,



and unmistakably The Standard. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and hotel teams, you’ll lead with care, consistency, and a hands-on approach—making sure the details are right without ever making the experience feel predictable.
What You'll Do
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operation of the Housekeeping department.
- Help coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and residences.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Support room assignments, daily staffing, schedules, and departmental coverage.
- Monitor room status and coordinate closely with Front Office to support a smooth guest journey.
- Respond to guest requests and follow up on housekeeping-related concerns with professionalism and care.
