The role requires 3+ years in NPD transfers, RCA expertise (8D/A3), and data-driven decision making, with proficiency in Minitab and Power BI and familiarity with Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA/CP). International travel up to 25% is expected.
