At Kerry, we are expanding our General Business Services team and looking for Procurement and Financial Associate to support North America operations. In this role, you will manage indirect purchase orders, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help drive efficient procurement processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Create and manage indirect Purchase Orders (POs)
✅ Process requisitions through Coupa and SAP
✅ Follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers
✅ Resolve PO, invoice and receiving discrepancies
✅ Ensure compliance with approval workflows and procurement policies
✅ Provide excellent customer service and support across multiple functions

What We're Looking For
✔ 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Shared Services or related business functions
✔ Strong English communication skills (required)
✔ Analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔ Proactive and self-driven approach
✔ Experience working with POs, ERP systems, SAP or similar tools is a plus
✔ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions
