Position
Moët Hennessy México is looking for a Sr. Wine Ambassador with strong experience in premium and luxury wines, responsible for developing the education, visibility, desirability, and commercial performance of the wine portfolio.
The Wine Ambassador will lead the annual education, advocacy, and training plan for the wine portfolio, delivering trainings, masterclasses, and tastings, and building strong relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and key opinion leaders. Working closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams, this role supports key account development and new client openings, represents the brands at premium events and experiences, and ensures consistent brand execution.
This position requires deep wine expertise, excellent communication skills, and availability to travel, playing a key role in monitoring training, advocacy, and commercial performance KPIs across the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement the annual education, advocacy, and training plan for the wine portfolio.
Deliver trainings, masterclasses,
and tastings to internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
Work jointly with the commercial team on key account development and new client openings.
Represent the brands at premium events and experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
Build and strengthen relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and opinion leaders.
Identify business opportunities and market trends.
Monitor training, advocacy, and commercial performance KPIs.
Manage samples and educational materials.
Profile
Education
Related Bachelor's degree.
Certifications
WSET Level 3 or higher preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in premium wines. Knowledge of On Trade, Off Trade, and Luxury channels.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills. Availability to travel. Advanced English is required.
