Position

Moët Hennessy is looking for a Sales Ambassador – Off Trade based in Mexico City, responsible for driving sales growth, developing and strengthening strategic relationships with key retail customers, and ensuring excellent commercial execution across the Off Trade channel.

This role combines strong commercial capabilities with a data-driven mindset, leveraging sales analytics, business intelligence tools, and market insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer performance, and support strategic decision-making. The Sales Ambassador will play a key role in managing customer performance through KPI analysis, forecasting, business reviews, and commercial planning, while maintaining close relationships with retail buyers and ensuring execution aligned with the company's luxury standards.

The position requires a balance between office-based analytical work and regular customer/store visits within Mexico City to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives

Job Responsibilities





Commercial Management

Develop and execute commercial plans aligned with sales objectives for assigned Off Trade accounts. Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective account management, assortment optimization, and customer development. Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail customers, distributors, buyers, and decision-makers. Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable agreements, promotional compliance, and alignment with company objectives and brand standards. Identify new business opportunities to increase sales, distribution, visibility, and market share within the retail landscape. Conduct regular customer visits and store checks to review business performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
