In this leadership position, you will drive commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead a team focused on expanding market presence while delivering exceptional customer support. This position is based at Mexico City, Mexico

What You Will Do

• Lead a team of four sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional sales targets across the Orthopedics portfolio.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions to support long-term business development.
• Drive direct and indirect sales activities, ensuring execution of pricing, portfolio, and territory strategies.
• Forecast sales performance, monitor pipeline progression, and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
• Partner with marketing, finance, operations,



and clinical teams to align commercial priorities and customer needs.
• Support strategic projects, including robotic-assisted technology initiatives, and key account development across the region.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the medical device, healthcare, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial or sales teams.
• Experience managing distributor networks and direct sales channels.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel within the South Mexico region.
